Below are some Frequently Asked Questions about our Rental Service.

You don’t have to worry about that. The package will be delivered to you by courier at least two days before the party date and should be returned the next working day after your party. This service is included in the cost of your package.
Renting cost are 50% cheaper than buying your own tableware and you will be saving the planet from a load of waste at the end of the party.
No need to wash yourself, just pop into the box provided and we will do the rest.
Absolutely. All the party packs come back to our facilities first and we sterilise them before sending to another family to enjoy.
Yes of course, we just request six weeks notice to be able to offer you a full refund.
A £25 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date and full payment is required a week before the hire date PLUS a £75 safety deposit which will be refunded after the hire package has been returned.
We're realistic and know that some wear and tear is likely.  All we ask is that care is taken and items are left clean and usable. All our items are hard wearing so although we ask for a deposit, we'll only withhold this where we feel suitable care hasn't been taken.
The party hire box will be delivered 2 days before your party date and collected on the next working day after the party.
